No supporting document is required, provided that applicant has been authorized to link up between his/her TSW Registered Account and his/her User Account in Food Trader Portal (FTP).
Supporting Documents Required for Application
- Purchase contract between the applicant and an organisation/ a company in the the Chinese Mainland/ Macau indicating that the latter is the consignee;
- Official health certificate issued by the place of origin clearly stating the the Chinese Mainland/Macau is the final destination of the consignment.
