The Government is committed to establishing the Trade Single Window (TSW) to provide a one-stop electronic platform for lodging Business-to-Government trade documents for trade declaration and cargo clearance. Implementation of the TSW is a major business and operational process re-engineering exercise that overhauls and enhances document submission workflows between Participating Government Agencies and the trade. The TSW will enhance the efficiency of cargo clearance in Hong Kong and help maintain Hong Kong’s status as a prominent international trade centre and logistics hub.
Public Services provided in the TSW:
- Registration as TSW users
- Application of licences/permits
- Verification of the validity of licences/permits (applicable only to designated trade documents)
- Submission of Advance Road Cargo Information
- Submission of Bundling Information for Road Cargo
To make online submission of trade documents through the TSW, you must first register as TSW user and subscribe to the required online services.
