  • Register as a TSW user (individual user or company user);
  • Subscribe to the online service(s) of trade document(s);
  • Submit the application of trade document(s) online

The registration and subscription to online services in TSW is free of charge. However, fees are charged for certain trade documents (applicable to both paper and online submission). Please click here for details.

The strong password requirements are provided below:

Complexity and Length At least 10 characters with combinations of
  1. upper case letter;
  2. lower case letter; and
  3. number; or
  4. special characters (! @ # $ % & * ?)
Password history Latest 8 passwords cannot be reused
Password expiry 180 days
Account lockout After 5 invalid logon attempts
