No supporting document is required, provided that applicant has been authorized to link up between his/her TSW Registered Account and his/her User Account in Food Trader Portal (FTP).
Supporting Documents Required for Application
- Valid Business Registration Certificate (Cap. 310)
- Valid Food Factory Licence (Cap. 132)
- Import permit/requirements
- Health certificate of raw materials of animal origin issued by the competent authority of the exporting country / region
- Product description and ingredients list
- Production flowchart
- Production and packaging records
- Shipping documents (e.g. invoice, packing list, bill of lading / air waybill, etc.)
- Other relevant supporting documents
