Supporting Documents Required for Subscription
No supporting document is required, provided that applicant has been authorized to link up between his/her TSW Registered Account and his/her User Account in Food Trader Portal (FTP).
Supporting Documents Required for Application
- A copy of the valid licence of the concerned food factory.
- If the applicant is not the manufacturer of the food mentioned, an additional supply certificate issued by the food factory shall be provided to certify that it is the direct supplier of the food.
