- Bill of Lading (Through Bill of Lading or 1st Leg and 2nd Leg Bill of Lading, and Unified Road Cargo Manifest);
- Certificate of Business Registration;
- Health Certificate issued by Recognized Authority of Exporting Country or Region;
- Import Licence or Certificate of Transhipment Cargo Exemption Scheme (TREX);
- Letter of Authorization;
- Manifest of the Importing and Exporting Conveyance;
- Letter of Justification for cargo required vanning/devanning in Hong Kong or late application.
