- Copies of the Letters of Commitment signed by the Importer, the Final User(s) and/or all other parties between them, if any (the originals of all signed Letters of Commitment shall be returned by post to the Fill Management Division of the Civil Engineering and Development Department);
- Copies of the contract agreement(s) between the Importer and the Exporter;
- Copies of all contract agreement(s) between the Importer, the Final User(s) and/or all other parties between them, if any;
- Other supplementary information, if any.
