Supporting Documents Required for Subscription

• If the applicant is a company, the required supporting document is a copy of the valid Business Registration Certificate.
• If the application is made in the name of an individual, the applicant is required to produce the HK Identity Card or Passport.

Supporting Documents Required for Application

• Photocopy of Licence to Import/Possess issued by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department or CITES Export Permit/ Certificate of Origin (for certain species) issued by the exporting place;
• Documents (invoice, contract etc.) showing the chain of transactions from the original importer to the exporter;
