Supporting Documents Required for Subscription
- A valid Certificate of Registration issued under the Ozone Layer Protection Ordinance
- A valid organisational type of recognized digital certificate (e.g. e-Cert (Organisational)) for authentication (This is only applicable to applicant who confirms the submission of licence application by digital certificate).
Supporting Documents Required forApplication
An import licence application covering the import of ozone depleting substance for re-export has to be lodged together with the relevant export licence application, an undertaking form, and supported by a bill of lading or other shipping documents to prove that the consignment is intended for re-exportation in full within the validity period of the export licence.
