Supporting Documents Required for Subscription

• A valid Certificate of Registration issued under the Ozone Layer Protection Ordinance
• A valid organisational type of recognized digital certificate (e.g. e-Cert (Organisational)) for authentication (This is only applicable to applicant who confirms the submission of licence application by digital certificate).

Supporting Documents for Application

• Packing List;
• Invoice;
• Through bill of lading.
