Supporting Documents Required for Application
- Animal Trader Licence;
- For Bengal cats, savannah cats and any cat of their crossbreeds, pedigree/document certifying that the cat is of 5th or above 5th generations of domestic ancestry must be provided;
- For savannah cats and any cat of their crossbreeds, a letter from the veterinary surgeon who desexed the animal must be provided to confirm that the animal was desexed;
- For Staffordshire Bull Terrier or if requested by AFCD, a statutory declaration attesting to the breed of the dog must be provided;
- Vaccination records;
- Declaration and authorization for applicationof special permit for dogs and cats;
- Booking form for Government Animal Management Centre quarantine facilities.
