Application forms signed by all participating farm licensees in the application.
Special Permit (For the Importation/Transit/Transhipment of Horses)
No supporting document is required.
Special Permit (For the Importation/Transit/Transhipment of Animals & Birds from Overseas) Animal Trader Licence
- Letter from institute/university/approved laboratory;
- CITES permit;
- If the animals are Chinchillas, official documents issued by the Government Authority to certify the chinchillas are captive-bred and are over 12 weeks old must be provided.
