Import Permit (For the Importation of Animal Products)

No supporting document is required.

Import Permit (For the Importation of Breeding Pigs from the Chinese Mainland)

• Livestock farm licence or
• Letter from Airlines

Import Permit (For the Importation of Pigs, Cattle, Sheep and Goats from the Chinese Mainland for Slaughter)

Authorization letter issued by the relevant company.

Supporting Documents Required for Application

Import Permit (For Importation of Non-food mammals from Mainland)

• Letter from institute/university/approved laboratory
• CITES permit
• If the animals are Chinchillas, official documents issued by the Government Authority to certify the chinchillas are captive-bred and are over 12 weeks old must be provided.
• Vaccination records for dog or cat.

Import Permit (For the Importation of Animal Products)

• Letter from institute/university/approved laboratory
• Veterinary Practicing Cetificate

Import Permit (For the Importation of Breeding Pigs from the Chinese Mainland)

Application forms signed by all participating farm licensees in the application.

Import Permit (For the Importation of Pigs, Cattle, Sheep and Goats from the Chinese Mainland for Slaughter)

No supporting document is required.

Special Permit (For the Importation of Breeding Pigs from Overseas Countries/Places other than the Chinese Mainland China)

Special Permit (For the Importation/ Transit/ Transhipment of Horses)
