Cessation of transitional arrangement for new password policy on 31 December 2021

The transitional arrangement for new password policy ends on 31 December 2021. With effect from 1 January 2022, all TSW registrants not adopting the below new password control requirements are required to reset their password when login to the TSW System:

Controls Requirements
Complexity and Length At least 10 characters with combinations of
  1. upper case letter;
  2. lower case letter; and
  3. number; or
  4. special characters (! @ # $ % & * ?)
Password history Latest 8 passwords cannot be reused
Password expiry 180 days
Account lockout After 5 invalid logon attempts
